Brian always accommodates my personal needs and does what's needed to ensure my car is running well and I will be safe while on the road. His professional relationships with those who work in his field always help to keep the cost down and the repairs get done in a timely manner. While I do enjoy the friendly attention in the waiting room, Brian also has loaner cars. Brian and his crew do a great job and do what's needed without making you feel stupid, being a woman Brian has never talked down to me just given it to me striaght and explained all work being preformed professionally. I always recommend his shop.

Hello People - don't take your care anywhere else. Don't trust your car to any one else. Save your self from worry and simply trust Brian. He is honest, fair and kind. I can not imagine taking our cars to anyone but ACE. Frankly if you are trusting someone else to work on your car - you are a fool.

my car went dead! I called Brian, he took care of me!! I really appreciate ACE professionalism and prompt service; seems like it's always been like that! Brian fixed the problem AND explained there may be future issues; he carefully showed what to watch for...PS all round good guy too.

We have been taking our cars to Ace for several years and appreciate their honesty and fair prices. The work is always done in a reasonable amount of time. The cars are always ready when they say they will be ready. They have saved us a lot of money over the years compared to what the dealership service shops want to charge. We have never had one problem or complaint about anything. They are very friendly and customer service oriented.

Polite, friendly professional service from a staff very accomplished mechanics. Paperwork is filled out in advance so I didn't have to wait long when getting in and out. Mechanical problems pointed out were in layman's terms without being condescending. Other problems were addressed as a "sit back and wait" approach which can save and/or defer spending a lot money at once. Their rates a very reasonable. Even the car that went lent to me was started up before I got there to ensure it was warm on a very cold morning! Now that's service.

my car broke down and they were able to look at it the day i called and show my what happened. really nice people. even got into my car while it was on the lift to get something out for me. im a college student and my parents were paying for the damage and they stand in contact with both of us. great experience.
