I experienced an emergency failure, dead battery for no apparent reason. the guys got to it immediately and found the problem, a broken switch for the glove compartment light which kept in on whtn the door was closed. Brian assured me that it would normally go off when the door is close but did not in this instance. The battery is fine, like the refrigerator, I am not certain if the light actually goes off when closed as i can't open the door fast enough to see the light turn on. Thanks Guys

They gave me a loaner, kept me informed about my car while it was being worked on, and cost me less than the dealership would have. THEY ARE AWESOME OVER AT ACE.

I had a very pleasant experience with Ace Automotive. In the past, I've brought my cars to their respective dealerships for service. This was my first time trying a private mechanic at the suggestion of a friend who had used Ace before. I will definitely use them again.

Awesome as always. Been a customer for years. Ace Auto always has excellent service. Prices are very fair. Most of all they are trustworthy.

I was happy with my experience for the most part. Brian was very accommodating to me, I called it same day and he had a rental for me to use during the day when he worked in my car. I have a 3 year old boy so that was very helpful to my personal needs. He called weaken he said he would, by the afternoon. He put a non-permenant fix to my side mirror so it would be safe for me in the meantime until I was financially able to fix it. He explained to my dad the nature of my cars issues and referred us to a transmission shop, as he doesn't rebuild transmissions. That was my only complaint, going there I assumed he would be the person to fix anything my car needed but unfortunately he ha to refer me to someone who could. I am still shopping around but overall it was a good experience.

Both my girlfriend and I have had work done by Brian at A.C.E and I can say nothing but good things. He may be a bit more pricey than some places, but he does quality work and uses quality parts. Many other repair places do not pay the attention to detail that he does and use parts that will fail fairly quickly and for that reason alone this shop stands above most others. I plan on using A.C.E for all my future car repair needs in Sonoma county.

Brian Faulconer is friendly, honest, professional, and does excellent, reliable work at fair prices. Note to Patrizio L: Brian charges the average hourly rate for auto shops, much less than the dealer. He has worked on two Honda Odysseys for me, and my wife's old civic; we've always been happy with the work, but what made me a loyal customer is the time he takes to explain what's wrong and what my options are - what is urgent or necessary, what can wait, and what can be left unfixed. For example, my gear shifter went 'soft', lost some of the clicking-into-place feel, due to a worn part. Brian explained that this would not affect the transmission, it was just an annoyance, and gave me the option to fix it or live with it. He used to work at Empire Too, Yelp's top rated shop in the area which is so busy that they no longer take new customers; they referred me to Brian.

When Ace changed management several years ago, I was not sure if I would get the same great service. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service is great and they do their best to accommodate your schedule. Prices are reasonable, not over-priced and their work is completed within a reasonable time. I've been a customer for over 13 years. If you are seeking someone to fix your car, call Ace first. You won't be disappointed!

Everything, including the smog check, that I asked them to do was done. On time. They don't make excuses - they just do it right.
