Outstanding customer service on an emergency prior to the holidays. They were swamped but Brian and staff were able to turn what could have been a nightmare into a quick fix while I waited. ACE is the best!

Brian was very helpful. He gave my car a once over and let me know of problems to be aware of in the future. I did not feel pressured at any time to spend money nor did I feel like he was taking advantage.

During a routine checkup, Brian and his PHDlike techs averted a possible major bummer before it became a freakin reality. THAT'S WHY I GO TO ACE AUTOMOTIVE: inexpensive regular ace maintenance and ACE'S ability to catch issues before they become REAL expensive! You guys are the best!!

...but ACE makes it a lot easier when you have to. My car died suddenly and mysteriously, and even thought they were short a mechanic, Brian and his staff got it diagnosed and repaired in good time. I have used ACE for years and have always appreciated the honesty and courtesy as well as the quality of work.

I experienced an emergency failure, dead battery for no apparent reason. the guys got to it immediately and found the problem, a broken switch for the glove compartment light which kept in on whtn the door was closed. Brian assured me that it would normally go off when the door is close but did not in this instance. The battery is fine, like the refrigerator, I am not certain if the light actually goes off when closed as i can't open the door fast enough to see the light turn on. Thanks Guys

They gave me a loaner, kept me informed about my car while it was being worked on, and cost me less than the dealership would have. THEY ARE AWESOME OVER AT ACE.
